Each piece in the Arcana Galaxy collection is more than jewelry; it is a vibrational tool. To ensure its purity, every order undergoes a secondary quality inspection and a dedicated cleansing ritual at our International Operations Center in Hangzhou before being placed in our signature branded packaging. Please allow 1–3 business days for this artisanal preparation.

Once your soul-companion is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor its cosmic journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Returns & Harmonization

Our Philosophy

At Arcana Galaxy, we believe in the destiny of connection — that every stone finds its rightful keeper. Due to the high-vibration nature and strict hygiene standards of our intimate artisanal jewelry, we operate a Limited Return Policy.

The Nature of Earth

Each raw stone is a unique fragment of the cosmos. Natural variations in color, inclusions, and texture are not defects — they are the fingerprints of the earth. We do not accept returns based on these natural characteristics.

Quality Assurance

If your item arrives with physical damage or an error, please contact our support email with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene and energetic reasons, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." However, if you feel a profound spiritual misalignment with your piece, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all branded packaging and parchment inserts intact.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for insured, trackable international shipping to our Asia Fulfillment Center in Hangzhou.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking and energetic cleansing fee will be deducted from the final refund to cover labor and material costs.
